the room was very spacious with useful amenities (i especially liked the coffee machine). housekeeping did a great job . i appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to malls.
upon arrival, i asked for a baby cot multiple times on the first day. i received it only on the second day after i asked again.

the reception team consisting of dianne, jubayer, arikul, sadik, and surendra was very helpful. h. k. rahaman, bimala, lalu, and sadab from housekeeping provided great service. chef sowrob and dinesh prepared tasty food in the restaurant.

the hotel offers access to soluna beach club, providing fun vibes. the pool is well-managed and clean. there is also a kids play area with lots of toys, ensuring entertainment for children.

i had a studio room, it was clean and had all the necessary facilities. the apartment offered a gorgeous view. the apartment was super clean because of the thorough work of the cleaners.

I found the staff helpful and very cute! My apartment had amazing skyline view and was very clean. The breakfast offered tasty options and the access to the beach provided fine views of the skyline in the distance.
I had some inconvenience with the pool access as it seemed quite restrictive. Lifeguards enforced many rules. Access to the better loungers required an extra fee which I did not like.

The breakfast buffet featured diverse options. I liked the fresh pastries and fruit selection. The dining area was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated.

The hotel includes a well-equipped fitness center with several treadmills and stationary bikes. I noticed the hotel also has a small convenience store and a pharmacy. These are located on the ground floor.

My room included a comfortable king-sized bed and a spacious seating area. It also had a balcony overlooking the skyline, beautiful. The bathroom featured both a rainfall shower and two separate sinks.

The hotel's location allows easy access to a private beach area. Several shops and restaurants are a short taxi ride away. The immediate area around the hotel felt safe and secure.

the front desk staff were very helpful. rahman from housekeeping was great! i really appreciated his wonderful spirit and constant smile. the views were great. amenities were also amazing. the hotel overall is amazing.
I had to wait an hour after the check-in time, for the room to be ready, a bit frustrating. also the dinner was very basic and didn't match the price i paid. I think for a 5-star hotel, the food should be better.

the breakfast selection featured standard fare. it included options such as eggs, pastries, and fruit, with adequate replenishment throughout the morning. the restaurant has limited seating, sometimes causing congestion during peak hours.

the beautiful studio offered a comfortable layout, including a king-sized bed and a small seating area. the private beach access was a plus! a small kitchenette with a microwave and mini-fridge provided some convenience.
